Cloud Solutions Architect
The Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) is responsible for driving cloud solution sales and delivering cloud-based services to customers. This role supports public cloud and hybrid cloud initiatives by analyzing customer business needs, designing effective solutions, and ensuring that proposed architectures are scalable, competitive, and deliverable. The CSA plays a key role in achieving revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Solutions Consulting
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business requirements, identifying pain points, and providing solution-oriented guidance to deliver optimal outcomes.
Provide high-level solution design and project consulting to support customers' cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
