Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of employer partners, collaborating closely with them to identify business and talent needs.Levy Utilisation: Advise companies on how to optimally utilise their apprenticeship levy and government funding.Stakeholder Relations: Build strong, trust-based relationships between employers, learners, and internal training coaches.Compliance: Ensure all training programmes meet both internal quality standards and external funding compliance requirements.Key Skills & Requirements
