Job Description
As Partnerships Manager, you will lead and strengthen the organization's most critical partnershipsparticularly with Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) and key B2B partners. This role goes beyond relationship management. You will ensure partnerships are operationally efficient, commercially impactful, and aligned with the organisations growth, carbon credit strategy, and market expansion goals. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will design, manage, and optimize partnerships that drive customer acquisition, improve access to financing, and support large-scale adoption of green energy solutions.
