Key Responsibilities
- Functional leadership of a multidiscipline team responsible for delivering previously designed, custom manufactured components to support customer maintenance needs.
- Provide strategic leadership for the execution of T Part projects.
- Ensure effective project planning, reporting, timeline and budget control, and achievement of performance metrics.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular meetings with key senior staff, resolve conflicts, and negotiate new contracts.
- Lead continual change initiatives to achieve cost reduction, process simplification and foster a positive, productive work environment.
