Overview
Head Pastry Chef. We are in search of a skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team at our luxury hotel in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As the Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pastry department including menu creation, recipe development and managing a team of pastry cooks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update pastry menus for the hotel's restaurants, banquets and room service.
- Create new recipes and oversee the testing and implementation process.
- Train and supervise a team of pastry cooks.
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all pastries served.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
