Patent Manager
Helvar develops intelligent lighting control solutions across software, IoT and building automation. We are actively developing our patent portfolio and monitoring the evolving competitive landscape.
As our current patent professional moves on to new challenges, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and further develop Helvar’s IPR operations. The role is intentionally broad, with significant influence over priorities, ways of working and the balance between in‑house activities and external support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop Helvar’s global patent portfolio in line with the company’s technology and business strategy.
- Evaluate invention disclosures and prioritise inventions for patent protection.
- Guide R&D and product teams on patentability, invention identification and innovation capture.
