About the role
As a Pathways Coordinator with Y Schools, you will focus on supporting the Pathways Lead with the facilitation of vocational and education training to vulnerable young people. This will be achieved through maintaining the administrative requirements of Pathways programs, overseeing delivery of programs by external providers, facilitating Pathways classes and working with students - both individually and in classes – to encourage their Pathways participation and progress.
