**Position Purpose:**
**Mercy Medical Center** is looking for a **Patient Access Rep** to join our Ultrasound Team. The **Patient Access Rep** is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.
**What you will do:**
+ Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration
+ Preparing charts
+ Answers multi-line phone and triages calls
+ Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
+ Completes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments
+ Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment
