Job Description
As a **Patter Design Engineer,** you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the launch of new products and programs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that launch milestones are met on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
testing of new products, as well as Engineering changes and/or improvements to current products, which will allow meeting the Quality standards established by the Company for each of the final products.
The company is always in constant change and improvement, so it requires staff to support this need without being directly involved in the production line or day-to-day operations.
