Purpose of the Role

Reporting into the Melt Out Team Leader. This role is to support the Team Leader in the efficient running of the department by meeting job timescales and demands, whilst completing jobs to the highest of standards.

This is a hands‑on role working within a fast‑paced, precision‑driven environment, supporting the production of high‑quality composite components used in Formula 1.
