Paving Plant Operators

Mecon Construction is seeking skilled and experienced Paving Plant Operators to join our construction team.

This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on asphalt / concrete experience across a variety of construction / infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a range of asphalt and concrete equipment and machinery, including pavers, rollers, skid steers, and trucks to
2. Undertake asphalt and concrete laying and related project activities, including laying, raking, shovelling, and compacting for carparks and roads.
3. Follow company WHS procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
4. Work collaboratively with Supervisors, Leading Hands, and subcontractors.
5. Contribute to delivering high-quality workmanship
