About the Role
The Paving Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily Asphalt Paving field operations, coordinating with owners and general contractors, and organizing crews and subcontractors. The Superintendent ensures contracts are completed safely, on time, and on budget while complying with specifications and customer expectations. They provide accurate revenue and cost information to accounting staff, review invoices and cost reports prior to release, and develop and maintain the capabilities of the GVA operations organization to increase construction revenue and profitability through coaching and mentoring of direct reports.
