JOB MANDATE:

Support operational efficiency and help prevent financial losses and reduce reputation risk through:

1. Ensuring that PBC merchant payments are processed timely and accurately
2. Responding and resolving merchant concerns and issues properly and promptly
3. Carrying out functions consistently and in accordance with established policies, procedures, standards and control measures
