Job Description

We are looking to hire a Trainer who will be responsible for delivering training to customers on ProgressSoft’s Software Solutions. The Trainer will interact with clients—including end users, business teams, and technical teams—to conduct training programs on the software solutions. Additionally, the Trainer will work closely with internal teams to understand system specifications, business workflows, and functionalities of ProgressSoft’s solutions in order to prepare accurate end-user documentation.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and the project managers to determine training needs, and to conduct short-term and long-term training programs (whether in-person, or Virtual).
Conduct orientation sessions prior to the User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Conduct onsite hands-on training to the customer’s business users in order to have a smooth roll-out and movement to production of ProgressSoft’s projects.
