Relevant experience: 10 years+ 

Mandatory requirements: 

1. Experience working on banking / payment product
2. Excellent understanding of portfolio optimization and customer conversion processes
3. Hands-on experience with Mastercard (Issuing, Authorization, Clearing/Settlement, CMS) and cards technology, ideally in scheme migration
