We’re partnering with a growing technology client to support the addition of a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to their team.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys full ownership of payroll processes, high attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll across both Canada and the US while maintaining full compliance across jurisdictions.
About the Role
You will manage bi-weekly payroll across Canada and the US. This role is currently handled in-house and the organization is now looking to bring in a dedicated payroll specialist to take full ownership of the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing for Canadian and US employees (CAD & USD)
- Manage and maintain employee data in Ceridian Dayforce (Canada) and ADP (US)
