We are seeking a Payroll Data Entry Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is primarily focused on high-volume data entry in support of payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have strong 10-key skills, excellent accuracy, and experience handling employee data in a fast-paced environment. Experience with union payroll is a plus, as this team supports multiple union groups. This is a fully onsite position with an early start time of 6:30 a.m. or 7:00 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy in support of payroll processing
+ Enter new hire and onboarding information into the payroll system
+ Maintain and update employee payroll records and other related data
+ Review entered information for completeness and accuracy
+ Assist with payroll-related documentation and help organize records for audits
