**ABOUT THE ROLE**
In the role of Payroll Analyst, you will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a particular focus on the Baltics region.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO:**
+ Manage and coordinate the end-to-end payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners in a timely manner by following standard procedures and checklists.
+ Ensure the accuracy of payroll input data by collecting, checking, reconciling, and providing to external vendor.
+ Ensure the accuracy of payroll output data (including payment and booking files) in a timely manner.
+ Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner.
+ Administer Time Tracking and Absence Management,
+ Prepare reports for Payroll, Audit, HR and Finance purposes.
