Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for a large employee population, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Administer benefits programs including enrollment, audits, and employee support
Maintain and audit HRIS and payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Generate reports, resolve discrepancies, and support employee inquiries
Qualifications:
Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
Benefits administration experience (enrollment, audits, employee support)
