- Audit HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance System entries.
- Prepare and audit hours sent to temp agencies.
- Create and import bulk payroll entries.
- Prepare Bonus and Incentive entries.
- Create and deliver payroll financial management reports.
- Perform monthly benefit reconciliations (Oversee bi-weekly benefit repayments).
- Prepare Ad hoc reports as requested.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation.
