About the Role:1)Manage end to end US payroll processing (biweekly & Semimonthly)2)Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, taxes & deductions.3)Handle garnishments, benefits & retirement contributions.4)Ensure Compliance with Federal, state & Local reporting across 50 states.5)Conduct audits for payroll data and process.6)Provide monthly & Quarterly variance analysis for payroll cost.7)Provide cash flow and Cost projections8)Drive automation & process enhancement.9)Employee Benefits administration.Qualifications:.•Strong understanding of IRS, DOL, FLSA regulations.•bachelor’s degree/CPA/CPP•Proficient in payroll platforms like SAP, ADP•Good communication skills•Proficiency in excel#LI-MG2
