We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large, multi-state employee population. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end biweekly payroll processing for 1,000+ employees across multiple states
- Manage payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, and workforce management tools
- Supervise and mentor a team of payroll professionals
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Oversee payroll deductions, garnishments, levies, and tax withholdings
- Process bonuses, commissions, supplemental payrolls, and off-cycle payments
