new role

As a Payroll Manager (SSC) will be
responsible for the oversight and successful delivery with the highest levels
of quality and timeliness of payroll operations ensuring full compliance of
internal and external policies and regulations across different countries in
APAC.

What you will do:

  • Manage payroll team to ensure
    activities are well-managed and payroll processes completed on time and within
    quality objectives

  • Manage and oversee the execution
    of day-to-day payroll inputs collection, handoffs, approvals, and issue
    management.

  • Manage resolution of payroll
    related escalated inquiries and complains.

  • Serve as liaison to Employees,
    Managers, HRBPs, COEs and vendors when Payroll cases require escalation.
