Payroll Officer (NZ) – Part-time (3–4 days/week)

Salary: $80,000 base (full-time equivalent) + super (pro-rata for part-time)

We’re looking for a NZ Payroll Officer who’s confident running end-to-end payroll, thrives in a process-driven environment, and enjoys working in systems. This is a high-impact role in a growing business with ~400 NZ employees (and increasing), where accuracy, compliance and customer service matter.

You’ll work closely with our Payroll and People Systems team to keep payroll running smoothly, continuously improve how we work, and help us prepare for upcoming platform and process uplift over the next 12–18 months.
