Join Danfoss Employee Lifecycle as a **Payroll & HR Operations Specialist (Mexico)**.
You'll own pre-payroll in Tress Revolution, generate docs via +Orden and handle ticketed inquiries—ensuring IMSS/IDSE, FONACOT, Infonavit and policy compliance while driving continuous improvements.
**Responsibilities**:

Pre-Payroll**
- Validate and upload incidents: onboarding, salary changes, leaves, reimbursements, FONACOT, Infonavit
- Resolve discrepancies before cutoff
- **HR Operations**
- Prepare resignation paperwork
- Generate certificates, manage vacations, print payslips via +Orden
- Respond to employee tickets and inquiries
- **Compliance & Improvement**
- Ensure IMSS/IDSE, FONACOT, Infonavit adherence
