About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time Payroll Specialist position based on-site at Eagle Farm, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. You'll take full ownership of the payroll function for a large, established organisation, managing weekly and monthly payroll cycles for a workforce of 500+. This role is based at Eagle Farm, operating on a 4-day in-office / 1-day work from home arrangement.
What You'll Be Doing
- End-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees on weekly and monthly cycles
- Accurate processing of salaries, leave balances, deductions and all related transactions
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring personnel files are kept up to date in iChris
