Payroll Specialist
Ebury Leon Office – Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
As a Payroll Specialist at Ebury, you are the technical and operational heart of the employee experience. You ensure our global team of 1,700+ professionals across 29+ markets is paid accurately, compliantly, and on time.
What you’ll do
- End to end processing of bi‑monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.
- Analysis and documentation of each country's control framework and payroll processing guidance.
- Ad hoc project support; manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, HR, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end‑to‑end process excellence.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Perform reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.
