**Payroll Specialist**
Location; Fornebu
A global business consulting company in currently looking to hire a **Payroll Specialist** to join their team.
**Your Profile**
- 2+ years of experience in **Norwegian payroll processing**:
- Experience working with international (offshore) teams
- Strong knowledge in coordinating payroll inputs and validation
- Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems like (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) and MS Office
- Excellent team player and stress-resistant
- **Fluent in Norwegian and English**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records
- Coordinate activities with other client departments to ensure successful testing and implementation of tax updates, year-end testing on multiple or single payroll ERP for all regions
