Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Process payroll for all employees, in collaboration with external payroll suppliers
  • Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records
  • Generate reports for business purposes based on accurate data
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage HRIS systems and related processes, ensuring data integrity, operational accuracy, and efficient system functionality
  • Maintain documentation and internal communications, standardizing processes to keep HR operational efficiency.
  • Assist with audits related to payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed
