Responsibilities

Process payroll for all employees, in collaboration with external payroll suppliers Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records Generate reports for business purposes based on accurate data Prepare, review, and manage contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage HRIS systems and related processes, ensuring data integrity, operational accuracy, and efficient system functionality Maintain documentation and internal communications, standardizing processes to keep HR operational efficiency. Assist with audits related to payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed Requirements:
