Job Description
- Lead multi-country payroll transformation and implementation projects within global payroll program
- Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, timelines, budget, risks, and stakeholder management
- Coordinate internal teams, local finance, payroll operations, and external payroll vendors across regions
- Drive the implementation of standardized global payroll processes, controls, and segregation of duties
- Partner with local finance teams to align payroll workflows, banking processes, and reporting standards
- Oversee payroll and HCM system configuration, data uploads, reconciliations, and system alignment
- Gather, validate, and translate local payroll and time & attendance requirements into system changes
- Ensure consistency in project delivery across countries by working closely with global workstream leads
