Description
We are partnering with a local client to hire PC Deployment Technicians for a large-scale thin client refresh (4,000 devices) across multiple sites in the Madison area. This is a hands-on deployment role with a mix of staging, configuration, and after-hours installation work.
Key Responsibilities
Stage and prepare thin client devices at a central location (imaging, configuration, asset tagging)Perform onsite deployments, swaps, and basic setups across multiple locationsDecommission and properly handle replaced equipmentJoin devices to Active Directory and validate connectivityTroubleshoot hardware/software issues during deploymentSupport end users with basic post-install questionsAccurately track inventory and deployment progressSchedule & Work Environment
