PCV Training Instructor

Due to increased operational requirements and recent contract awards, our client is seeking an experienced PCV Training Instructor to join their established training team on an initial two‑month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional instructor with recent experience in driver training who can quickly integrate into the operation and support the development of both new and existing drivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical driver training to new recruits to prepare them for their PCV driving test.
• Assess and coach new and existing drivers to improve driving standards and performance.
• Conduct driving observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver familiarisation training across a range of vehicle types.
• Deliver classroom‑based training covering operational procedures, safety standards, compliance requirements and company policies.
