Lead the local development team, accelerate individual development of employees, make sure assigned tasks are fulfilled successfully.Align and coordinate PDT related activities across Japan, Korea & India region.Steer PDT capacity, technology demand & product roadmap for a successful introduction & roll-out in OE developments where necessary.Coordinate of necessary Internal know-how and resources to meet the internal budget & customers expectations, especially information exchange between location Japan and central R&D/KAM/AE/PDT teams in Europe & Americas developing for J-OEMs.Permanent alignment of the obtained test results with the requirements (product requirement specifications) of the customer.Development of qualitatively and cost-competitive summer/all-season tires according to the customer and internal req.Coordination of ETO-building, testing and delivery to the customers in time.
