With a focus on compliance and customer service, you will interact with employees and lead them through complex processes. Your role will also involve data management and performing pension-related calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on pension plans and eligibility requirements
• Manage the pension enrollment and changes process
• Update and maintain confidential member information
• Execute calculations for service credits and estimates
• Prepare and present educational materials to members

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
