The Role
The People Analytics Partner plays a critical role in shaping how data informs workforce strategy across APM. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality people insights, reporting, and analytics that drive informed, evidence-based decision-making across ANZ and global P&C functions.
Based in Brisbane or Perth (Hybrid), this is a full-time opportunity working in a collaborative, high-impact team environment.
In this role you will:
- Partner with senior P&C leaders and executives to translate workforce data into meaningful, actionable insights
- Design and deliver intuitive, high-impact dashboards and reporting using Power BI
