People & Culture Generalist/Business Partner - UK

This is a hands-on role where your judgement, UK employment expertise, and commercial mindset will really matter. You will support a predominantly remote UK workforce, navigate employee relations, manager coaching, organizational change, and UK benefits, while translating complex legal and people topics into clear, practical guidance.
