Job Purpose
In this role you will drive HR excellence through operations with a problem‑solving mentality and operationally focused mindset.
This role will operationally lead the HR HUB LATAM (18 countries) operation ensuring that legal compliance, timings and process are rigorously accomplished.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end (E2E) operation for LATAM — covering Joiners, Movers, Leavers, and Personal Information Change processes — ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and legal compliance across all countries.
