We are looking for a People Operations Lead to join a growing, multi-site corporate organization undergoing transformation. This role plays a key part in strengthening people processes, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the business through effective coordination and follow-up.
You will be responsible for executing and continuously improving People Operations processes, managing employee-related requests and cases, and supporting corporate and strategic talent acquisition , while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
