**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute and optimize performance-based campaigns across mainly Google Ads and Facebook Ads; as well as Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Display networks
- Monitor and control key performance indicators including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and Ad spend for each channel
- Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Develop and implement A/B tests to continually improve ad performance
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for each platform
- Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize overall campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
