We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer (Paid Ads Specialist)
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with proven experience in scaling paid advertising for lifestyle and perfume brands. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Meta Ads, has hands-on experience with Google Ads, and exposure to TikTok Ads. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, performance-focused, and ready to scale winning campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) Assist in creating, testing, and scaling TikTok Ads (experience is a plus) Build audience strategies, creative testing frameworks, and funnel optimizations Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and placements Implement and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, conversion events) Analyze campaign data and provide actionable p...
