Performance Marketer

What you'll do:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on
  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  and
  Google Ads
• Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, reach, and conversions
• Monitor and execute SEO related strategies needed for camapign
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and ROAS
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and copies
• Collaborate with content & design teams for high-impact ads
• Share clear performance reports and actionable insights

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience with
  Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of targeting, funnels, and conversion tracking
• Have experience in basic SEO making strategies
