Performance Marketing - Director/ Head

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Manage and scale monthly budgets of 3-5 Cr, driving strong ROAS, CAC, and Conversion%.
• Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies (awareness conversion retention).
• Design and implement robust attribution frameworks (online).
• Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality, lead connect time, & conversions.
