Ownership of the Performance Management Framework, including the design, implementation, administration, and communicationDemonstrated experience in using Performance Management System (HRIS) functionality to efficiently deploy end to end Performance Management activitiesTargeted performance management processes improvements, to drive accelerated business adoption and performance cultureEnsure Manager enablement configuration, and resources to help the business optimise the Performance Management functionality are deployedDesign, develop, implement and drive relevant HR policiesAssess, control and monitor important Compliance-related risksIdentify gaps or conflicts in existing processes and proactively monitor and measure internal control effectiveness, develop and own action items to remediate identified issuesWork with multiple stakeholders and functions to coordinate HR processes
