In this pivotal role, you will lead HR operations for approximately 50 employees while fostering a lean organizational environment. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage a dedicated HR team and provide compliant, scalable HR services that empower portfolio HR Directors. Your leadership will be crucial in developing compliance frameworks and driving HR process improvements.
