Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the employer's daily schedule, coordinate appointments and meetings, and set reminders.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Arrange business and personal travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Organize, maintain, and file documents and records accurately.
  • Provide administrative and personal support as required.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
