Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the employer's daily schedule, coordinate appointments and meetings, and set reminders.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Arrange business and personal travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
- Organize, maintain, and file documents and records accurately.
- Provide administrative and personal support as required.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
