Personal Assistant (PA)

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and warm Personality Assistant (PA) to support our Brand Ambassador who represents our company product. As a PA, you will assist with daily coordination, brand activities, content creation, and event management to ensure smooth execution across all brand engagements.

Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Brand Ambassador.

Coordinate product shoots, live sessions, workshops, and events.

Assist with content creation: preparing products, capturing BTS moments, and coordinating with creative teams.

Handle communication, collaboration requests, emails, and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Support brand activities including product preparation, briefings, and talking points.

Liaise with PR teams, event organizers, eco-influencers, communities, and business partners.

Ensure smooth logistics: product kits, props, wardrobe, transportation, and schedules.
