Support required for a 21-year-old male living at home who has autism, learning difficulties, and genetic disorders. He needs someone to support with personal care and social inclusion including outdoor activities, going for bike rides, trips to shops, general entertainment. Mileage paid at 0.45p per mile when taking service user out.
