Personal Assistants for Saturday Nights

Are you someone who can provide care and support to a lady with a spinal cord injury (tetraplegia) to help her live independently? You will be working in her home in the Burnley area.

Duties include supporting her with all aspects of clinical and personal care, monitoring throughout the night, medication dispensing, recording, and domestic duties. The role also includes trips out to recreational activities.

We are looking for the right people to join the team who possess the right values and qualities and understand the importance of person‑centred care. Experience in care and support isn’t essential, but attributes like empathy, enthusiasm, a calm approach, a willingness to learn and adapt, reliability, and flexibility in a changing situation are qualities we are looking for.
