Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians – Multiple IHS Service Units (AZ, CA, NV) Profiles due: 9/17 Contract Term: 12-month base period + four 1-year option periods Non-personal services contract to provide coverage and minimize pharmacy service disruptions Locations: Fort Yuma Health Center (Winterhaven, CA) Parker Indian Health Center (Parker, AZ) Peach Springs Health Center (Peach Springs, AZ) Hopi Health Care Center (Polacca, AZ) Phoenix Indian Medical Center (Phoenix, AZ – starts Option Year 1) Southern Bands Health Center (Elko, NV) Whiteriver Service Unit & Cibecue Health Center (Whiteriver, AZ – starts Option Year 1) Shifts: Mostly 8-hour weekday shifts, Monday–Friday Phoenix IHS and Whiteriver may require varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Shift hours vary by site (0800–1700, 0830–1730, etc.) Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Tech certification Minimum 1 year of technician experience Current BLS certification...
