Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians – Multiple IHS Service Units (AZ, CA, NV)
Profiles due: 9/17 Contract Term: 12-month base period + four 1-year option periods Non-personal services contract to provide coverage and minimize pharmacy service disruptions
Locations:
- Fort Yuma Health Center (Winterhaven, CA)
- Parker Indian Health Center (Parker, AZ)
- Peach Springs Health Center (Peach Springs, AZ)
- Hopi Health Care Center (Polacca, AZ)
- Phoenix Indian Medical Center (Phoenix, AZ – starts Option Year 1)
- Southern Bands Health Center (Elko, NV)
- Whiteriver Service Unit & Cibecue Health Center (Whiteriver, AZ – starts Option Year 1)
Shifts: Mostly 8-hour weekday shifts, Monday–Friday Phoenix IHS and Whiteriver may require varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Shift hours vary by site (0800–1700, 0830–1730, etc.)
